Yeah, this is me.

I “write” in my head throughout every minute of every day.  I hear my inside-self narrating every moment, crafting the words to describe the feelings and “stuff” flying around my brain.  I wish I could play back some of those thoughts and narrations, as most times I am unable to truly recall the exact emotions of the moment.  So I do my best to spill out in the written word…I am so much better at that than actually talking.  I always seem to say the wrong thing or the right thing the wrong way. Writing is my own version of therapy and though I am not really great at it, it helps ME.  So read or not, it’s up to you, I’ll keep writing.  -Peace!
